Blitz Basket – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on Blitz Basket, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Nature
Blitz Basket is a delivery and payment aggregator. We do not manufacture, stock, or sell products. All items are purchased from local vendors or stores as per customer request.
2. Order & Delivery
- Deliveries are usually completed within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, depending on item availability and location.
- If an item is unavailable, we will inform you before finalizing payment.
- Delivery charges are ₹49 per order upto 5km, if more than 5km 10 per km will be charged and all the delivery fees is excluding actual item costs.
3. Payments
- Currently, we accept UPI online payments only.
- Payment must be made after availability confirmation and before dispatch.
4. Prohibited Orders
We do not deliver any prescription medicines, restricted drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or illegal items.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- If your requested items are unavailable or delayed beyond reasonable time, you are eligible for a full refund of the delivery fee (if paid).
- Once delivery is completed, no refund is applicable.
6. Liability
- Blitz Basket is not responsible for product quality, expiry, or pricing, as all goods are sourced directly from local stores chosen to fulfill your request.
- Our responsibility is limited to coordination, pickup, and delivery of items.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms anytime. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of the latest version.
